UK-based reseller Jigsaw24 has signed a reseller agreement with Leostream Corporation to distribute Leostream’s Remote Desktop Access Platform to UK and EU customers.
The deal broadens an existing partnership between the two companies and enables Jigsaw24 to play a greater role in implementing Leostream’s digital workspace management solution across media and entertainment, education, and commercial organizations.

Leostream’s platform delivers remote access to hosted desktops and workstations that span multiple infrastructure platforms, including traditional on-premises solutions, cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, and specialized, high-performance workflows. Leostream says the platform works with any combination of vendors, protocols, infrastructure, and hosts/cloud environments.

Jigsaw24 gains a remote access solution it can offer to customers that require secure remote connectivity to high-performance applications and large files, but don’t want to be tied to one infrastructure solution. Having flexible remote access can be particularly important in industries like media production and education, where there is often a need to provide access to shared workstations, creative software applications, storage repositories, and specialized hardware from multiple locations.
“Security and performance are two halves of the same coin for Leostream,” said Chris Bailey, Head of Innovation, M&E at Jigsaw24. “Pairing enterprise-class security with a high-performance remote access solution for bandwidth-intensive workflows is Leostream’s core value. Now that we’re an official Leostream reseller, we can extend that capability to our customers in a variety of use cases and deployment scenarios.”

Proven in Media and Creative Workflows

Customers the companies have worked together with in the past include post-production environments built on Avid Media Composers, Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure, NEXIS E5 storage, Dell servers, and NVIDIA virtual workstations.
Felixibility that Supports Distributed Teams
The benefit of a distributed desktop and workstation environment comes down to flexibility. Remote access gives organizations with complex digital workspace needs a way to support geographically dispersed teams without giving up centralized control over authentication, authorization, and resource permissions. For IT organizations, remote access can provide a replacement for traditional VPNs while supporting users regardless of location or device.
Expanding Leostream’s Reach in the UK and EU
For Leostream, the agreement gives the company a stronger foothold in the UK and EU markets, including in broadcast, media, and academic use cases where performance and security are key considerations.
